  • Richard Davies

    The Managing Director of Factory Controls since 2004, Richard is an expert having 25 years of experience in automation.

    He is a keen programmer and integrator and specialises in communications to IT networks. Richards skill set does not stop here he is often the companies go to for complex engineering projects and whilst maintaining his electrical licenses also gets involved on the coal face in hands on projects. Whilst not assisting you with the more complex applications the company takes on you will often find him in the kitchen cooking for family and friends or designing his latest woodworking project in his home workshop.

  • Aaron Davies

    With over 12 years of experience in the Industrial Automation industry, Aaron, the owner of the company has played an important role in the team since 2006.

    With positions ranging from internal and external sales, project and sales management and even utilizing his marketing and design degrees at times Aaron brings a friendly, solution focused approach to the team with a keen eye for detail. A bit of a marine enthusiast and keen game fisherman when he’s not helping provide you with the best automation solutions, you will more likely find him on the water getting into a few fish.

  • Daniel Reed

    Daniel began his career in Industrial Automation in 2015. Since then, he has a valuable team member at Factory Controls.

    With 3 years experience in Internal Sales Daniel is always ready and willing to help you find the best product for your application whether that’s on the phone, via email or in-person. With a down to earth and helpful attitude Daniel strives to provide the best possible service to all customers. Outside of Factory Controls Daniel is a huge sports fan and in particular a passionate Cats supporter.

  • Rebecca Draper

    Rebecca joined Factory Controls in 2016. With an eye for detail, Rebecca is the go-to person for all things related to accounts. A CPA with over 20 years of experience in the accounting industry, she is an integral part of the company.

  • Patrick Cannard

    Patrick is an upcoming graduate in the world of engineering. Patrick has been studying Mechanical Engineering and Sustainable Energy at the University.

    When not studying Patrick is getting real world experience through Factory Controls, building panels and helping to provide engineering solutions to customers. Patrick is also part of the internal sales team. A keen runner, Patrick is also a boundary umpire for footy aspiring to the AFL.
